This means that you electronically can move documents around the business for different tasks such as review and approval and also track the document's history and user comments. When the document is ready to be filed, a single click in fileSMART archives the document and sends the invoice data to REST Professional for processing.

You can then take advantage of automated invoice approval and processing, saving you hours. When processing barcoded invoices, fileSMART will prefill the barcoded data allowing you to process hundreds of barcoded invoices in the time it used to take to process just one!

Microsoft have announced the end of support for one of their operating systems, Windows XP. This is due to occur on April 8th 2014.

Please be aware that as Microsoft are no longer supporting Windows XP, it will also be removed from our Minimum System Requirements list.

This does not mean that REST Professional, STRATA Master and fileSMART will no longer work on this operating system, but it does mean that we cannot guarantee their future on Windows XP.

If you have not already, it would be best to put into place a plan with your IT Professionals to replace any existing Windows XP PCs as soon as possible.
